Chicken Caesar Wrap with Cluck Cluck

Chicken Caesar Wrap with Cluck Cluck

You've never tasted chicken like this. The Cluck Cluck blend is flavorful seasoning for poultry and steaks. One of our favorite recipes with Cluck Cluck is a chicken Caesar salad. It can also be turned into a wrap. Check out this easy Caesar wrap.  What you need:

  • Uncle Bruce Cluck Cluck Seasoning
  • Chicken breast or tenders
  • Vegetable or olive oil and water (for marinade)
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Croutons
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Caesar dressing

Combine 1 tablespoon seasoning with 2 tablespoons water and vegetable oil 1:1 mixture and create a marinade. Consistency should be similar to a thick salad dressing.

Add chicken to marinade in a zip lock bag or sealed container and mix so all chicken is coated with seasoning. Allow to marinade for 30 minutes if desired.

Preheat the grill. Cook chicken and flip half way through to an internal temperature 165 degrees.

Chop, clean and dry your Romaine lettuce and add to the salad bowl. Add croutons, grated parmesan cheese. Dress and toss with your favorite Caesar salad dressing.

Prepare your wrap. We used a sundried tomato and basil wrap. Heat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften, if needed, then top with salad and chicken (cut into pieces).

Wrap your tortilla by folding in the sides and bringing up the bottom of the tortilla with your thumbs to form a wrap. Depending on the size of your wrap, the more salad and chicken can be added. This is a small size wrap, but larger sizes are available.

Cut it in half if you want, and enjoy.

Try this recipe and let us know what you think. Uncle Bruce Cluck Cluck Seasoning is a unique blend, bold and zesty flavor that can be enjoyed by itself or as part of a salad or wrap.
