All Sales Final: By default, all sales are considered final. Due to the nature of our products, which include sealed seasonings, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for products once they have been purchased.
Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed: Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to issues such as product damage or dissatisfaction, we offer the following alternatives:
- Damaged Product: In the unlikely event that your purchased product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. We will require photographs or other evidence of the damaged product. Once verified, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
- Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the product due to quality concerns or other reasons, please contact our customer service within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to understand the issue and offer alternatives such as an exchange for another product of equal value or a store credit. Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened products due to food safety regulations.
Seal Intact Requirement: For the purpose of quality and safety, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products if the seal on the packaging is broken or damaged. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our products and ensure your safety.
