Easy Fajitas with Uncle Bruce Fajita Seasoning

Fajitas with Uncle Bruce Fajita Seasoning is a delicious and easy to prepare recipe for anytime of the year.  Can be cooked on the grill or in a skillet.  For the best fajitas follow these directions:

Prepare the vegetables for your fajitas.  Bell peppers and onions are the traditional and healthy choice.

Chop your red, yellow, green bell peppers and onion into bite sized pieces.  Add olive oil and sauté over medium heat.

Fajitas can be vegetable only or add meat.  Chicken or steak is the common choice.  Seasoning can be accomplished in various ways.  If vegetable fajitas are your choice, then add 1/2 a tablespoon directly to the sautéed peppers and onions.  For grilled chicken, we recommend making a marinade with the seasoning.  Ahead of time, mix 1-2 tablespoons of fajita seasoning with 1-2 tablespoons of water and vegetable oil.  Add 1 pound of chicken to a zip lock bag and add marinade mix.  Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.  Fire up the grill and cook chicken to 165 degrees and remove when done.

Adding vegetable oil to the marinade helps prevent the chicken from sticking to the grill when you flip it.

After you grill your chicken and let it rest for a minute or two, cut the chicken and mix with the sautéed peppers and onions.  The Uncle Bruce Fajita Seasoning will combine with the vegetables for a deliciously seasoned and unique fajita flavor.  Add some additional seasoning directly to the combined meat and vegetables to give extra flavor.

Prepare your fajitas on a flour tortilla and add your favorite condiments such as sour cream, cheese, salsa, guacamole, or cilantro. Serve and enjoy! Now you can get restaurant quality flavor at home.
